District Sales Director (Job#8090)
This is a commission only (1099) sales position with ongoing residual income targeted for proven performers having earnings expectations of $15,000 per month within 6 months
If you are a proven sales professional with at least 7 years of direct sales experience, Rainmaker Analytics may have an opportunity for you to spread your wings, fatten your wallet and enjoy the work atmosphere of your own choosing. We are hiring outside District Sales Directors as part of our iCREDIT Program national launch. This position requires independent time management and full freedom to work from home or wherever you conduct your business.
Initially, you will be directly selling our iCREDIT fraud elimination program to B2B businesses with a focus on commercial real estate properties and new construction projects. The iCREDIT system eliminates the most common forms of fraud and custody of funds theft that plague all businesses. After all, if the tech giants Google and FaceBook can be victimized by a single scam out of more than $123 million, it stands to reason that you will find a willing audience wherever you go to discuss this amazing program. In short, every business needs this program and protection. The hook is that iCREDIT pays for itself starting on Day 1 by providing immediate opportunities to reduce operating costs well in excess of the subscription cost of the program, and that is where the real opportunity lies for District Sales Directors in the form of ongoing residual income that would be expected to continue for as long as the client company is in business.
This position requires experience. To qualify for consideration, you must have a demonstrable track record of sales in more than one of the following verticals:
- Commercial Real Estate Finance;
- Commercial Lending;
- Securities (as an RIA or B-D);
- Construction Management;
- Business Consulting;
- Escrow Services.
Obviously, this position involves travel, incredible interpersonal skills and a very high degree of personal integrity. If you are one of the sales people out there who has the habit of “stretching the truth”, this is not for you, as this isn’t necessary to market our program and not wanted under any circumstances.
Preference given to veterans and first responders. Training is pretty simple and pretty quick and can be done at our offices or via zoom.
