DevPro: IN:IT’s Developer Support Program

The DevPro Developer Support Program is a licensed subscription program available through the INVIZEN IT Platform for sponsors and developers of commercial real estate income-producing properties who are seeking equity and/or debt capital financing for their proposed commercial real estate property development proposal.  The purpose of DevPro is to provide a defined path to maximizing the odds of a successful funding completion.  The DevPro program utilizes a supporting network of lenders, broker-dealers, consultants, private investors, investment advisors and the related commercial real estate development finance consulting disciplines to work in concert to minimize time, cost and risk from becoming material impediments to acceptance of a proposed capital financing.

DevPro provides a defined path of required due diligence standards the commercial real estate developer can use to their advantage in regards to the entirety of the capital financing process.  DevPro focuses on the data and material facts that will ultimately drive underwriting, disclosures and values in the transaction – not subjective opinions, as the investor’s opinion is the only one  that counts.  DevPro includes:

  • Defined due diligence documentation standards as to form and content so that time and money are not spent on one of the most important stumbling blocks in underwriting that serve to kill funding proposals; and
  • Defined cost schedules for completing the capital financing round at issue; and
  • Defined participation standards for institutional investment placement that include ongoing sponsor (or developer, as the case may be) participation structure options to maximize profit-taking opportunities associated with the given asset over the long-term horizon; and
